2026 Annual Plan

Our Annual Implementation Plan sets out the priorities and actions guiding Clyde Quay School through 2026. Developed by our Board and leadership team, it reflects our three-year Strategic Plan, current student achievement data, and the feedback of our whānau community. Read the plan to see what we are focused on this year and how we are working to ensure every child at CQS can thrive.

Strategic Plan

Our Strategic Plan sets the long-term direction and priorities for Clyde Quay School over a three year period. Developed in consultation with our community, it reflects our vision, values, and goals for student learning, wellbeing, and success. We are in the final year of our current Strategic Plan and so will be working with teachers, children and the community later this year for the next one.

ERO Report

The Education Review Office (ERO) Report provides an independent evaluation of Clyde Quay School’s performance, strengths, and next steps for improvement. It reflects how well the school supports student learning, wellbeing, and achievement, and helps guide our ongoing development as a school community. Our last review was in 2025.

Policies and Procedures

The school uses a site called SchoolDocs to host and update all of the relevant policies. SchoolDocs provides us with a comprehensive core set of policies.

The policies and procedures are tailored to our school, and the school supplies specific information such as well procedures for behaviour management and reporting to parents.

Policies are monitored by SchoolDocs and updated, modified, or created in response to changes in legislation, significant events or changes in Ministry of Education guidelines. The policy documents are regularly reviewed by the SchoolDocs team.

Our board of trustees has the opportunity to view changes and additions and comment on them before they are implemented. We will advise you when policies are up for review and how you can take part in the review.
